Running consequential workflows inside a boundary that can be revoked mid-run

Teleclaudius acts on live systems for real businesses. Clared decides what that action is allowed to touch at the moment it happens, so a workflow can be broad and still be signable.

01 / The partner

What Clared builds

Clared builds the layer that decides what an AI agent is allowed to do at the moment it acts. Instead of handing an agent long-lived keys and hoping the prompt holds, a workflow runs inside an execution session with a defined blast radius, and that session can be narrowed or cut while the run is still going.

The result is a broad tool surface with a narrow credential surface. Agents keep the reach that makes them useful, and the systems underneath keep the guarantees an operator can sign off on: scoped authority, deterministic execution, and a record of every transaction the session touched.

Revocable execution sessions

Authority is granted for a run, not baked into a key. A session can be tightened or cut while the agent is mid-workflow.

No standing credentials

Downstream systems are reached through the enclave, so unrestricted production credentials never sit inside the agent context.

Transaction safety

High-stakes steps stay deterministic and verifiable, which is what makes a workflow signable instead of only impressive in a demo.

02 / The problem

Why an operator that actually acts needs a boundary

Teleclaudius is our private business operator. A person sends a message and the operator does the job end to end: pulls the context, calls the tools in the order the work needs, and comes back with a finished result rather than a plan. That is the whole point of it, and it is also what makes the failure modes real.

The moment an operator touches production, the controls most teams reach for stop covering the risk. Three gaps show up every time.

Unbounded blast radius

A key inside an agent runtime reaches everything that key reaches. One wrong step, one poisoned input, and the reachable surface is the whole account.

Cumulative state across calls

Every single call can look fine on its own while the sequence quietly exceeds a budget, skips a prerequisite or breaks a policy nobody encoded.

Partial failure

Third-party APIs do not share a transaction. When step four fails, the charge and the record written in steps one to three are already real.

03 / The integration

What Clared gives the operator

Clared sits between the operator and the systems it acts on. The operator keeps its reach, and each run carries only the authority that run needs. Four pieces do the work.

Capability delegation, not credentials

The operator never holds provider keys in its context. Clared issues a session-bound envelope with the exact resources, a typed budget and an expiry, so authority arrives scoped and leaves on its own.

Staged mutations

A multi-step sequence is staged rather than fired one call at a time. If a step fails or a policy rejects it, nothing half-finished is left behind in Stripe, in the CRM or in someone's inbox.

Obligations instead of aborts

A missing prerequisite comes back as an obligation on the tool result, not a dead run. The operator fulfils it mid-workflow and carries on, which is the difference between a system that finishes and one that files a ticket.

Signed receipts and settlement

Every finished job leaves evidence: who authorized it, which policies ran, what settled and when. Proof of work is what we hand a client at the end, and this is the layer that makes it checkable rather than claimed.

04 / The path

What one request looks like end to end

A single business instruction, from the message a person types to the receipt they get back.

  1. The instruction arrives

A person writes in plain language on Telegram, WhatsApp, web or the native app. No builder, no prompt engineering, no flow to wire up first.

  2. The operator asks for a session

Before touching anything, the run requests a delegation envelope: these resources, this budget, this window.

  3. Mutations stage and policy evaluates

The payment authorization is held, the record write is staged, and each step is checked against the policy for that session rather than after the fact.

  4. Obligations get fulfilled mid-run

A missing tax ID or an unmatched ledger entry comes back as an obligation. The operator satisfies it and the run continues instead of dying at step four.

  5. Settle and sign

Effects release together, a signed receipt comes back, and the person gets a finished job with evidence attached.

05 / The partnership

Why we build this together

The work runs both ways. Clared's execution model gets tested against automations already running for real clients, on the messy paths that only show up in production, and the systems we ship get a safer place to put the actions nobody wants an agent taking on trust.

We share a view of where this ends up. Agents are going to hold real authority over money, records and customers, and the question worth solving is not whether they can do the task. It is what happens on the run where they get it wrong. Bounded, revocable, provable authority is the answer worth building, so it gets built now, alongside the systems that need it, rather than waited on.

  • Workflows that touch money, ledgers or customer records, where one wrong call is not something a retry fixes.
  • Multi-tenant agent runtimes that need per-session scoping and budget isolation instead of one shared key.
  • Approval steps that stay meaningful when the tool is held by an agent rather than by a person.
  • Compliance questions that need evidence of what ran, not a screenshot of a chat.
