What if my project is too big for one week?

It almost always is, and that is the point. The week produces the scope, the architecture, a first working piece and a fixed quote for everything else. You see how the team works before the big decision.

What do I own at the end?

Everything. The scope document, the architecture, and the code of the milestone in your own repository. If you stop after the week, you keep all of it.

How does the credit work?

If you continue with a monthly delivery lane within 14 days of the end of the week, the full Week One fee comes off your first month. The lanes start at $2,400 a month and are month to month.
