## Inputs
- Business goal or workflow owner
- Source material such as notes, tickets, calls, CRM records, docs, code, or exports
- Success criteria and quality bar
- Constraints, permissions, and approval requirements

## Workflow
1. Clarify the exact business outcome and the decision this skill should improve.
2. Gather only the relevant source material and identify what is trusted, stale, or missing.
3. Produce a structured first pass with assumptions clearly separated from evidence.
4. Ask for human review before sending messages, changing systems, spending money, or making external commitments.
5. Convert the approved output into the next useful artifact: task list, draft, implementation plan, code patch, QA checklist, or follow-up action.
6. Record what worked, what failed, and what should be improved before the next run.

## Quality Gates
- Output is specific to the company, not generic advice.
- Every recommendation is tied to source evidence or clearly marked as an assumption.
- Sensitive actions require human approval.
- The final answer is concise enough for the operator to use immediately.
- For Codex work, run the relevant validation command before claiming completion.
